John brings a strong background in the areas of employment litigation, wage and hour compliance and labor relations. He is one of few lawyers to hold Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law from The Florida Bar.

    Jason Taylor  

Jason Taylor's practice includes both civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters.  He represents employers and businesses throughout Florida and Georgia with a focus on employment and labor law and civil rights issues.  Jason assists clients in all phases of the employment relationship, from the development of compliant policies, procedures and practices within organizations, to representation during administrative actions and audits, civil litigation and appellate court proceedings.

   Robert C. Jackson, Law Partner               

Robert C. Jackson is a Partner with the Firm. His primary areas of practice are employment, health, local government and business & commercial law. Mr. Jackson heads the Firm’s employment law and health law departments.

Mr. Jackson earned his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University, where he was an editor of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. He earned his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and served 17 years as a Naval Officer and Aviator in the active and reserve forces. He flew combat helicopters in Operation Desert Storm and was recalled to active duty immediately after September 11, 2001 to assist in aviation strikes and target planning for operations in the war on terror.

  Tammala Spencer, Owner of First Foundations, a Business Development Firm.

Tammala Spencer is a Florida native and sole owner of First Foundations, a Business Development Consulting Firm.  She has worked in the field international relations, international sales, marketing and advertising for over 25 years.  She has been a principal in three companies and plans to start a new company in the region before the end of 2017.   Tammala is active with several businesses in NWFL and others throughout the southeastern region of the USA; including representing one of the success stories from ABC’s Shark Tank series.  She has spoken in the last year on topics related to business growth, communication and non-profit fundraising.  She currently serves as President of the Panama City POPS Orchestra Board of Directors,  she serves on the Anchorage Children’s Home Executive Committee, the Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center Ladies Advisory Board and recently served as a judge for the entrepreneurial event, STARTUP WEEKEND 2017.  When not working Tammala enjoys time with family in the gulf and along the best beaches in the world.
